If you're reading this, you're able to see my first blog post! Hooray! After some thinking and peer-pressure, I decided that it would be a good idea to start a blog of my own. While there's already a number of notable UX blogs out there, I think that having a space to store my own thoughts, experiences, and questions is inherently valuable. Even if I'm the only person who ever references this blog, it will still be worthwhile to have.
What should you know about me to start? Well, I have an "about" page that should answer most of your questions, but in short:
- I'm a...
- UX Researcher
- Nonbinary and queer person
- Neurodivergent tech professional
- Film nerd and horror genre aficionado
I'm clearly biased, but I think that the combination of some of these characteristics give me a unique perspective on the world of UX.
Enough about me, what can you expect from this blog? The answer is simple: this blog serves as a place for me to share any and all thoughts I have surrounding UX. I have a few posts drafted so far, but for now all I can say is that you can expect posts that contain thoughts and reflections on a specific topic within the field.
I'm excited to share my thoughts with everyone, and as always, feel free to email me if you have any questions or comments. Here's to new beginnings!
